Poetry In Schools
We do Poetry Performances at Primary and Secondary Schools and Colleges as well as undertaking works in poetry with children at all educational settings.
Estate Poetry
Munayem Mayenin is working to develop this concept of taking poetry to all the urban estates in Greater London and the country as a whole. The concept is simple: If people have hearts that beat biologically and dreams (metaphorically) and thus capable to joy and sadness, excitements and thrill and capable of having a good time they ought to be able to take great joy and pride and enjoyment in poetry. Therefore we are trying to take Performance Poetry to these estates both to adults and children and young people. All we need is to work with residents groups, tenants groups, estate groups, community and advice agencies based in local estates and communities to work with us in developing Estate Poetry. It does not cost a lot. Use the Estate Community bases and get the residents and the children to come and enjoy poetry.
